Canela has been supporting people to Awaken to themselves and their world through Satsang Meditation gatherings and private Satsang sessions, as well as through ReiKi Initiations and sessions (ReiKi to Canela is the same as Love Consciousness).

Born in Calgary, Alberta, growing up mainly in Prince George, BC, and presently residing with her husband and two sons in North Vancouver, BC, Canela remains available to support others to living in more enjoyment, peace, abundance and Presence ItSelf.

Her main support in all settings is one of Self acceptance - of finding the love that exists in everything; supporting people to finding this in themselves, and in their relatings to others and their world.
