This Satsang with Avinash and Gyandeva took place in May 2011.
Home is where you are; nothing has more importance than returning home and finding connection with peace, love and bliss; dive into this self; finding stillness and truth; the peace of the heart; deep connection with freedom as child, there is no past and future; step by step a personality is created which is related to others; to be complete at home out of oneself; just relaxing is not part of our culture; just being what you knew already as a child; we are what we experience; to reconnect with it; to forget the rest for a moment.
No escape on the level of the body; to learn to reconnect with the heart; it is always her, even when Samsara happens; the challenge not to run after the thoughts; stop – and get a taste; the suffering when thoughts, words and stories are repeated; I do not want to suffer anymore! Mind creates pain; cut, stop; just for yourself; be quiet, not to make yourself small and not to fight; the love to yourself takes you to yourself at any moment and you will know to react or not to react; energy, which wants to express itself, naturally in the flow; give yourself space, with friends or alone; not to involve yourself in problems; to be a clear space inwardly.
Sleeping and no problems; to observe everything with more clarity; you can select to jump out of the game of suffering; not naming anything; sensations come and go, do not make a story out of it; you do not run behind it; do not disturb your mind; the babble of mind, do not believe it anymore; most limitations are in mind only; my choice to be at home; we have the possibility to liberate ourselves; in the totally pragmatic space, life will flow; to cool down and relax; I am as I am, and what wants to change, will change; the duality of coming and going is not permanent; priority on what does not change; noticing when mind starts creating a story.
To be friend with what is and change comes out of this acceptance; many little things one can care of; it is easy to do the best when we are clear with us; beyond time; the own self; the first priority to be home; all which appears will dissolve; all comes from the same source, you, the planet, the stars; what is behind the sky? Understanding this, a free heart; mind cannot capture this; truth is beyond duality.
This Interview with Avinash and Gyandeva was conducted by Maren at Berlin in May 2011.
Truth consists of much more than an idea of spirituality; spirituality where the borders fall, where mind has to step aside; experiencing not just understanding intellectually; the true nature of truth is not taught; the wrong identity one believes, the collective subconscious; convictions, conditionings are transferred; confusion about what spirituality might be; to leave all thoughts behind oneself, is the end of the brainwash; Satsang, the meeting in truth; all one deals with, will disappear one day; where is the world when one looks into the space of heaven? It is nothing new, but it seems, that it has to be rediscovered; simply being, this is no method; true meditation is to be inwardly at home.
Physical aging; at this moment being old does not exist; to identify with what does not age, what looks from inside; mind has nothing to do with it; look at that which observes; the wheel of life stops at the centre only, where nothing happens; discovering and loving this takes a little bit of time and space; the point of no return; everyone is born with the intelligence of the heart; all of us are born like this; Satsang, the form, no stories; laughing and jokes are always welcome; married to truth; the heart is free, mind is free; all expressions come out of freedom; joint travelers, very clear about our oneness; the world you have inside you is your own creation; the essence of the others is your own self; to clarify oneself, to clarify the heart.
These Satsangs with Avinash and Gyandeva were filmed by Maren in Berlin / Germany in March 2010.
Finding oneself, goes far beyond that what we think it may be; without theories and intellectual understanding, as that does not function; to jump into the mystery of our true nature, it is our true being, our true self; it is so simple that it becomes difficult; the human mind would like some excitement and something to do; the mind constantly translating what is right and what is wrong; life is easy, it happens of itself; we are all inter-connected; the art, to always to return to that place where everything is in order, inner joy is always present, unattached to external happenings; something deep remains untouched by happiness and suffering; to be anchored in the reality of our true nature requires the readiness to go deeper and deeper into the present moment.
Silence is beautiful, silence has to be loved; with thoughts one is always alone; take responsibility for these thoughts; thinking also means worrying; only in this moment can you begin to observe and let go of old habits of the mind; to jump into something else, no one else can do for you; in deep love and friendship with the Self all thoughts and memories loose their importance; it takes courage to invest in ones own true nature; the key is, to keep returning again and again to the moment; to make friendship with the insecurity and impermanence, what life is about; that makes us strong; to immerse in the Being itself, which includes the ever changing conditions of life; to know the wisdom of existence itself, means to find peace, love, and deep contentment.
The heart is the place where these words should land; there is where they can take effect, to appear in the wisdom of existence; you are alone also when you are with others; enjoy the aloneness; accept yourself as you are, don’t look at what others are doing; forget everything what others are doing and look to yourself; you are existence itself; be at home, you are already home; only the Self matters; jump into your own nature; take a deep breath and relax in what is, as it is; the ups and downs of duality are never ending; you don’t have to jump with them; one can only watch the show, the games; simply stay quiet; realise, love and accept, who I am; the reality is always present; it is in every moment and for everyone; people think they have to achieve something in the material or spiritual world; that creates a distance to that which is present; observe and relax deeper into the peace; go deep, endless deeper, without stopping anywhere.; the depth of truth has no end; calm the mind by these thoughts, good to know; the best thing one can do, is, to arrive; it is easy.
Greed for reasons of power; thinking, being the victim; politics is not a solution, the only solution is without any particular reason to arrive at the realm being; only then, one is not misled by false promises of the mind; history is full of them, only few find happiness in peace and many hunting false ideas; immune to brainwashing; divert the attention inwards; the price one pays to run after all these things; feelings and emotions lay, as it were, like an unconscious energy of humanity in the air - a collective unconsciousness; that brings suffering, pain, anger and the feeling of being lost and one feels a distance to ones self; to discover something very natural, that relaxes us; bring consciousness to the moment, bring more clarity and sincerity to things; transform negative feelings and aspects through better understanding; being part of our own world; our actions then change; this transformation includes stability; something easy remains; observation brings consciousness and clarity; suffering and negative feelings become transparent, life comes into balance and flow; thoughts and feelings happen, but in the depth of these movements nothing is happening; go back to this place where nothing happens, that is this observation, awareness.

In the depth of silence there is peace, love and joy, untouchable by the ups and downs of duality; to allow oneself to dive into this depth is to be at home; about the mind trying to cheat you; about the only longing of the heart to come home; the games of the mind do not bring you home; the true play is the play in innocence in union with your true self; the sincerety with oneself takes one immediately home; to go back home is the right of everyone; to say yes to the moment; you are always alone; the duality is still the same, the identification disappears; things seem to happen, but in reality nothing happens; no goal to be reached; our place is always here; home as a state of being with oneself which includes everything; if everyone takes care of himself the world becomes an easier place to be; laughter lifts you up into a lightfulness; to dare to be free in this world of limitations.
How to deal with addiction; the other person is the other person, it is his own responsibility; to respect and accept the freedom of the other person; to say something out of respect and love; to watch ones own feelings and thoughts; to use yoga to be free; about the danger to be indifferent; to stop the identification with body, mind and emotions is to return home into peace; to work well without thinking; everything matters but you don't mind; check it out yourself; the deeper one perceives oneself the deeper one can see the other; compassion without suffering; to help without the expectation that the other will receive the help; to respect others is also help; not to start the game of giving and receiving; silence, love and acceptance are a great gift; to trust in the moment.
Time is being counted in the watch; in reality nothing has happened; realize that it is your life, your time and there is no time; find back to yourself; joy and relaxation should not be postponed to when the weekend comes; back into the moment; create an inner balance; how to deal with expectations of others; the work is as it is; to be sincere with oneself, giving yourself priority to be as you are in the moment; to be relaxed with yourself; to start with what is easy; always return to yourself; when I really like something I'm always fresh; no tiredness in a love affair; to make every moment your meditation; paying attention to what you are doing; to bring the energy from the head back into the moment.

Being together in life as in Simply Being Satsangs; things happen; feelings trigger the movements; spirituality is mostly practiced on the surface; healing is in the moment; in a silent mind there is no problem; no need to hold on to the past; identification with problems; the only healing is to come back to the present moment; no need to hold on the past; supporting traumatized persons: listen and show that there is no need to be attached to the past; using psychologists who can enter the problem as experts in case of need; it is decisive to return to the present and to be true with oneself; be silent; therapy is limited; go on and be quiet; return to the present moment repeatedly; to find oneself, now, not to wait for anything; pay attention to this unity, this unlimited truth; be one in truth, in love, in peace in joy
To dive deep into truth, be quiet, observe; action happens, when it is necessary; life moves out of the moment; the self remains untouched by the ups and downs of duality; there is only now, no matter if one is aware of it or not; one leaves now if one thinks I am this or that …; meditation carries away from these old habits of mind, to take us back to the moment; the best way is to be quiet; everyone is responsible for his own world; there is no difference between being with others and being alone; mind is always full of complaints about experiences; to return to oneself requires braveness; the one who can be happy and content with himself can also be happy and content with others; the tendency to find satisfaction, love and compassion in others; it is intelligent to begin with oneself and find inner satisfaction
It is difficult for mind to detach beliefs; it is not about believing something but to find for oneself what is true; life is what it is with all its highs and lows; all problems disappear when you are asleep; Papaji said: sleep when you are awake; listen accurately to what is said, listen if it is true for oneself ; when it touches the heart one accepts it as own truth and can apply it in life and make it one’s own experience; only experience is true and valuable; when a child is born it can only understand with the heart; it is required to listen with the heart of the innocent child; this comprises not to know; to accept not knowing means to return to the heart, to innocence, any imagination of knowledge is an imagination which will collapse at some point; trust in confidence, this means simply: relax.

Acceptance out of the strength of clarity, non-identification in being present, simply being and the concept of enlightenment, dissolving in the indescribable, the self as our true nature
Avinash, born in Brazil, spent many years living in Pune, close to the Indian mystic Osho whom she first met in 1977. From those years she draws a vast experience as a therapist in tarot-reading, chakra- and breath-therapy.
In 1991 in the presence of the Indian mystic Sri Poonjaji (Papaji) in Lucknow she realised her true nature. Together with her partner Gyandeva she spent six years in the community with Papaji who instructed her "to speak the silence she has found". Since then she expresses this silence through words, and lots of people come to her meetings and sessions in Brazil, India and Europe.
Unpretentious, with a clear vision for the essential, Avinash takes people directly to their hearts and to the freedom of the moment. This direct experience of the reality she calls "Simply being".
